Inside the property guests will find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and terrace, and a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has everything needed for those guests wanting to cook and entertain from home, equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property.
The living room is freshly furnished, providing guests a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and dining area with seating for 2. The large exterior terrace offers guests 180 degree views of the sea and surrounding mountain, and on clear days even views towards Gibraltar and Morocco. It is furnished with a gas bbq, an alfresco dining area (seating for 4) and 2 sun beds.
The master bedroom provides a double bed and has mountain views. The bathroom, located next to the kitchen, is fitted with a step in shower.
The community is fully gated and provides a communal swimming pool (shallow and deep end), sun loungers, and shower by the pool.
