Situated in Nueva AndalucÃa, the villa is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and a large supermarket, and is less than 5 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banús! Furthermore, the villa is within 10 minutes drive of over 5 golf courses, making it the perfect accommodation for groups as well as families.
Built over 2 levels, guests enter the property by passing a 400 year old olive tree, before coming to the open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury rental property, and the living room provides plenty of seating as well as a large smart TV with satellite channels. Guest will also find a dining area (seating for 8), and a laundry room with both washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 5 ensuite bedrooms in total, with the master bedroom commanding the entire upper floor. This bedroom has stunning views of the La Concha mountain and also has access to an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The remaining 4 bedrooms are similar in size and are well spaced away from each other, providing privacy and comfort. All 4 feature a king size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds if requested. One of these bedrooms has 2 king size beds (4 people can sleep in this room). These 4 bedrooms also have access to their own bathrooms that have showers.
Guests are in for a treat when they step outside into the garden. They will find a large heated swimming pool as well as a hot tub and shower, chillout seating, sun beds, and an alfresco dining table with chairs. Around the corner, there is also a semi covered bar area with fridge and gas BBQ. The whole garden area enjoys sun throughout the majority of the day, and has beautiful views of La Concha.
Although the villa has been built with large windows that provide natural ventilation, all bedrooms and main rooms have access to A/C (hot and cold), as well as underfloor heating. There is strong fibre optic WIFI provided, with several boosters located around the property, ensuring that you stay connected inside and outside the villa.
