Located in the prestigious Royal Gardens next to the bullring at Centro Plaza, the property is spacious, modern, and offers some of the best views on the Costa del Sol. Rental of the property includes underground parking, and access to the large communal gardens and swimming pool.
The space:
Through the front door, guests will find themselves in the entrance hall to the property. Immediately on the right is the utility room, and just past that the large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, and offers all the modern appliances and utensils expected of a luxury villa.
The open living room benefits from an abundance of natural light through the floor to ceiling windows that stretch the length of the room. The living room is tastefully decorated, and is complete with smart tv with IPTV box (international channels). The enormous terrace wraps around the entire property, and offers guests some truly amazing views over Puerto Banús, the sea, and Marbella. The terrace also has space for al-fresco dining, sun bathing, an outdoor shower, and gas BBQ.
Opposite the living room is the corridor that leads to the 4 bedrooms. The first two rooms both have bunk beds (2 beds in each room), which are perfect for children, but large and comfy enough for adults. Both these rooms share a bathroom with bath/shower.
The third bedroom offers a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The final bedroom (Master) has a queen size bed, panoramic views from the windows, and a large ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The urbanisation offers a large mature garden and communal swimming pool (lifeguard during the Summer months).
All rooms of the penthouse have access to centralised air conditioning and WiFi. Rental of the property also includes 1 underground parking space beneath the apartment block.
The property is in a quiet urbanisation located just to side of Centro Plaza and the bullring, where is is just a 5-10 minute walk to the world famous Puerto Banús.
